Moscow (Russia), June 16 (ANI): The "alley of kindness" appeared in Zaryadye Park, in the heart of Moscow's historic district, where four authentic Russian natural areas have been rebuilt. A plant that is listed in the nation's red book, 100 arctic bramble saplings were planted by volunteers. More than 800 hours—that is how much time Nikita Fedorov has already spent working for the benefit of the city. A personal record of sorts is in his volunteer book. The owner of the stage was a wonderful man, Aleksey Grigorievich Alekseev, - his real name was Livshit. Who was not only an actor, director, and playwright, but also a brilliant entertainer. Elena Buzan' became a tour guide after retirement. Her extensive experience working in libraries and sincere love of poetry help her to organize "non-boring city walks" as part of the "silver routes" volunteer project. Excursions are free of charge for elderly Muscovites. According to the statistics from the Mosvolunter resource centre, over a million people in the capital have taken part in some form of charity work at least once. For those who care about doing good, the association offers more than 10 options for volunteering. Those include taking care of the elderly, solving environmental problems, helping doctors and patients, and working in the cultural sphere.
