Gilgit Baltistan, Sep 12: Outraged by the apathy and biased policies of Pakistani establishment, this crowd predominantly comprising visually challenged people, hit the streets seeking an action into mistreatment and denial of fundamental rights to the handicapped people in the region. There are no scholarship programs, no concessions and no reservations for these visually challenged people.
