Vellata (Malta), Sep 18 (ANI): Vice President Venkaiah Naidu visited the historic city of Mdina in Malta on Tuesday. In Mdine, Venkaiah Naidu visited St Magdeline. The fortified city served as the capital of the island from antiquity to the medieval period. The Vice President was delighted to visit the Upper Barrakka Gardens. He also visited the Lower Barrakka Gardens. There he took a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour. After viewing the Gardens, Naidu visited the Cathedral of Mdina.
