Moscow (Russia), May 26 (ANI): The first repatriation flight left from Russia’s Moscow to India to evacuate stranded Indian nationals under Vande Bharat Mission. Speaking on it, Ambassador of India to Russia Federation, D Bala Venkatesh Varma said, “The first Air India flight from Moscow to Delhi has been taken off as part of the Vande Bharat Mission. There will be more flights. Vande Bharat Mission is now extremely popular amongst Indian nationals stranded in Russia. My gratitude is to all members of Indian embassy here who have worked tirelessly. More importantly, success of Vande Bharat Mission became possible because of extraordinary level of cooperation between Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health, DCA, Air India, Ministry of Civil Aviation and brave pilots.”
