US stood with India during COVID-Delta wave: Jaishankar

Washington DC (USA), Apr 13 (ANI): In a conversation with Howard University students, faculty, and leadership in Washington DC, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar on April 13 (local time) said that The United States stood with India during the 2nd COVID-Delta wave. “Last summer, in India we went through a very severe wave of COVID-Delta wave. We had enormous demand for oxygen, respirators &certain drugs which were particularly effective for Delta treatment. A lot of countries came forward but a country that really stood out there was US,” said the Minister.
