Washington, D.C. (United States), Feb 10 (ANI): United States of America (U.S.A) President Donald Trump on Friday said that White House staff secretary Rob Porter, who resigned this week after allegations that he abused two former wives, had maintained his innocence, and he wished him well.“He says he's innocent. I think you have to remember that. He said very strongly yesterday that he’s innocent,” “We absolutely wish him well”, Trump said. Despite the allegations, Porter received interim security clearance to act as gatekeeper to President Trump. The United States President’s remarks come a day after the White House said it could have better handled the accusations. The U.S President was addressing media at the Oval Office.
