US President Joe Biden trips and falls, Trump responds, Biden jokes “got sandbagged”

Washington (US), June 02 (ANI): Prez Joe Biden tripped, fell after handing out the last diploma at a graduation ceremony at the US Air Force Academy on June 01. 80-year-old US President quickly got up on one knee helped by 3 persons and walked back to his seat unassisted. White House communications Director Ben LaBolt took to Twitter and informed that Biden was fine. Former President Donald Trump also reacted to Joe Biden’s recent fall on the stage. Donald Trump said he hoped President Joe Biden “wasn't hurt” after he tripped and fell. As Joe Biden’s tripping episode on the stage went viral on social media, he reacted to it. Answering the questions of the mediapersons, Biden jokingly said, “I got sandbagged”. As Biden was helped up, he pointed behind him, seeming to indicate what he tripped over. Ben LaBolt on his Twitter informed that there was a sandbag on stage where Biden tripped. The mishap took place after Biden delivered his address after handing out the last diploma at a graduation ceremony
