UNHRC: Pakistan accused of Human Rights Violations in Balochistan

Geneva (Switzerland) Mar 24 (ANI): At the 52nd Session of the UNHRC in Geneva on March 23, a Baloch political activist informed UNHRC about the acceleration in Human Rights violations in Balochistan after the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project. Munir Mengal, President of the Baloch Voice Association alleged that the situation in Balochistan has started worsening especially after the CPEC project. Munir alleged that the Human Rights and liberties of the people are being abused due to Pakistan’s military operations. The activist also urged that Balochistan needs immediate attention and actions should be taken against Pak Govt.
