New York (USA), April 05 (ANI): Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on April 05, addressed the UNSC meeting via video conferencing and said that the UN Charter has been violated literally and the killing of Civilians in the Ukrainian city Bucha is one of the examples. “Civilians were crushed by tanks; women were raped and killed in front of their children. The UN Charter has been violated literally. UN needs to act immediately; its system must be reformed immediately. There must be a fair representation of all regions in the Security Council. Russian military must be brought to justice,” he said.
