London (United Kingdom), Feb 24 (ANI): Amid the ongoing military operations of Russia in Ukraine, United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson on February 24 said that UK and its allies will impose economic sanctions designed in time to hobble the Russian economy. “Today, with our allies, we will agree on a massive package of economic sanctions designed in time to hobble the Russian economy. We must also collectively seize our dependence on Russian oil and gas that for too long has given Putin his grip on western politics,” said UK PM Boris Johnson. “I say to the Ukrainians in this moment of agony, we are with you. We are praying for you and your families, we are on your side. I say to the British people, we will do everything to keep our country safe,” said UK PM Boris Johnson.
