New Delhi, Jul 23(ANI): United President (US) Donald Trump warned his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani of severe “consequences”, after Rouhani cautioned the US about pursuing hostile policies against Tehran. He took to Twitter to give his admonishing remarks hours after Iranian President cautioned the US.In what seems a befitting reply, President Trump wrote in capital letters, "To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!" On July 22, President Rouhani said, Americans should understand that war with Iran is the mother of all wars. Rouhani warned the US not to play with the lion's tail, adding, they will regret it eternally.
