Thousands take to Kathmandu streets demanding return of constitutional monarch

Kathmandu (Nepal), Jan 02 (ANI): Thousands of pro-monarchists took onto street of Kathmandu on January 01. Protestors demanded reinstatement of constitutional monarch as the political crisis in the Himalayan Nation is deepening further. Organized by Rastriya Prajatantra Party, show of power witnessed thousands of pro-monarch supporter toured locations of capital playing traditional musical instruments and chanting anti-federalism and government slogans. They also demanded incumbent political system be scrapped blaming politicos in power failing to crater need of current time. Participants of protest claimed that a Monarchy only would and can fix the issues of present.
