Baku (Azerbaijan), Apr 05 (ANI): While addressing the delegates at the Mid-Term Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement, Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said terrorism is foremost threat to international peace and security. Swaraj also said terrorism undermines nation’s ability to attain developmental goals. “Unfortunately, talks to combat terrorism haven't been matched by our actions” added Swaraj.
