Moscow (Russia), Nov 06 (ANI): Argentine tango is not just a dance but a means of intercultural exchange. The language of art erases borders and helps the peoples of Russia and Latin America to understand each other better. For the past 12 years, Ilya Alpeev has played double bass in one of Moscow's renowned tango orchestras. Alongside the violin, piano, and accordion, the double bass sets the musical tone that drives the dance. According to Alpeev, tango culture resonates deeply with Russians. The numerous performances by tango orchestras across Russia and other countries embody a creative embrace that transcends distance, cultural differences, and even time zones.
