Colombo (Sri Lanka), April 08 (ANI): The economic crisis continues to deepen in Sri Lanka. The prices of essential goods have skyrocketed. Public sector employees on April 08 joined the protest against government. Speaking to ANI, Assistant Secretary, Sri Lanka Post and Telecommunication Services Union, Anuruddha Dasanayaka said, “We are witnessing a deep economic crisis and we demand resignation of the government.”
