New Delhi, Mar 15(ANI): Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani on March 15 attended a video conference of all South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) member countries amid Coronavirus scare. During the meeting via video conference, he suggested idea of creating a common framework for tele-medicine to combat Coronavirus. He said, “We should create a common framework for tele-medicine to combat #Coronavirus. The closing of borders will result in a significant problem of availability of food, medicines & basic goods.”
