Islamabad (Pakistan), April 09 (ANI): Amid political turmoil in Pakistan, National Assembly met in Islamabad for the no-trust vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan on April 09. During the Assembly meeting, the Leader of the Opposition in the Pakistan National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif urged the Speaker to carry out proceedings of the House as per Supreme Court order. “I hope you (speaker) will carry out today's proceedings of the House as per the Supreme Court order. I urge you to stand for the Constitution and law. You must catch this moment with your conviction,” he said. Cricketer-turned politician Imran Khan is facing no-confidence motion as his government has lost majority in the Parliament after several allies joined Opposition ranks.
