SCO Summit: PM Modi proposes ‘international conference’ to tackle issue of terrorism

Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Jun 14 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his address at the plenary session of SCO Summit in Bishkek, while urging all humanitarian powers to come together against the menace of terrorism, invoked the need for an “international conference” to tackle the issue of terrorism. PM Modi also demanded that countries which are encouraging and financing terrorism must be held accountable. “To tackle the danger of terrorism, all humanitarian powers should come forward together. Countries that provide encouragement, support, & finances to terrorism must be held accountable,” said PM Modi.
