Moscow (Russia), Oct 26 (ANI): Russia carried out the annual exercises of its nuclear forces drills on October 26. President Vladimir Putin oversaw the training exercised from a control room. Russia has notified the United States about its plans to carry out its annual exercises. Washington has called it a move that lowers the risk of miscalculation at a time of "reckless" Russian nuclear rhetoric. U.S. President Joe Biden also warned Moscow that such a move would be an "incredibly serious mistake. Russia has fired inter-continental ballistic missiles in the past. Under the New START Treaty, Russia is obliged to provide advance notification of such missile launches. However, Russia also took allegations to the U.N. Security Council that Ukraine is preparing to use a "dirty bomb" on its own territory.
