Russia hosts "Zero Plus" Family Film Festival

Tyumen, (Russia), Oct 22 (ANI/ TV BRICS): This year, the yearly Tyumen International Festival "zero plus" marks its tenth year—its first real anniversary. During this time, thousands of films from all over the world have been shown on the screens of the Siberian city. Films about friendship, family, adventures, culture, what it means to be small, and how it is to become bigBe it in Russia, India, China, Nepal, or any other corner of the world, the prefix "international" for the festival "zero plus" isn't a formality. Out of 169 films in the programme, only 40 are Russian.
