Kathmandu (Nepal), Dec 27 (ANI): The disgruntled Madhesh-based party, the Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal, has blamed the incumbent government of discriminating the MPs on the basis of ethnicity. Rajendra Mahato, co- coordinator of the party during the first day of the third session of the parliament, alleged the incumbent government of discrimination referring to the delay in the release of MP Resham Chaudhary. The third session of the federal parliament of Nepal began from December 26after a gap of three months. This session of the parliament is also considered as the ‘bill session’ and it is majorly mandated to go through discussions of drafts of bills and their endorsements. As per the constitutional provision, laws inconsistent with the constitution either need to be amended or replaced by new ones within March 5, 2019 which marks the completion of one year of the first meeting of the federal parliament.
