Ramna Kali Temple is symbol of spiritual bond among people of India, Bangladesh: President Kovind

Dhaka (Bangladesh), Dec 17 (ANI): While addressing the Indian community in Bangladesh, President Ram Nath Kovind on December 17 said that Ramna Kali Temple is a symbol of the spiritual and cultural bond among the people of India and Bangladesh. President Kovind said, “Just before coming to meet you all, this morning I went to the historic Ramna Kaali Temple where I had the privilege of inaugurating the renovated temple. I look at it as a blessing from Maa Kaali.” “I have been told that the governments and people of Bangladesh and India helped in restoring the temple which was demolished by Pakistani forces during the war of liberation. A large number of people were killed by the occupation forces,” he added.
