Birgunj (Nepal), Jan 08 (ANI): Several Madhesi leaders of the Terai Region in Nepal have blocked streets of Birgunj, demanding amendments in the constitution at the earliest. The protestors formed a human chain and blocked the traffic. The Madhesi community feels they have been ignored in the constitution that was formulated in 2015.
