President Kovind thanks Greece for supporting India for permanent seat in UNSC

Athens (Greece), Jun 19 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind attended a dinner hosted in his honour by the Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos on Tuesday. In his address at the dinner, President Kovind said, "Our two countries have a common stake in promoting multilateralism, global peace and security. We thank you for your consistent support for our candidature for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council. We must also re-double our efforts to fight and defeat terrorism in all its form and manifestations." President Kovind is on a 3-day visit to Greece, Suriname and Cuba.
