Lusaka (Zambia), Apr 12 (ANI): President Ramnath Kovind and his Zambian counterpart Edgar Chagwa Lungu laid foundation stone of 93-km long Lusaka Traffic Decongestant Project on Thursday. The cost of the project is 289 million US dollar and it is the biggest India-Zambia Government to Government project. India is providing 250 million US dollar to Zambia as concessional finance.
