New York (US), Feb 26 (ANI): UN Secretary-General António Guterres hopes that the joint statement issued by India and Pakistan militaries will provide an opportunity for further dialogue. While addressing a press conference in New York, the Spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric said, “Secretary General is encouraged by the joint statement issued by militaries of India and Pakistan on their agreement to observing the ceasefire at the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir and engaging to establish mechanism.” “He hopes that the positive step will provide an opportunity for further dialogue,” Dujarric added.
