Cairo (Egypt), June 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Heliopolis War Grave cemetery in Cairo, Egypt on June 25. PM Modi paid tribute to the Indian soldiers who lost their lives during World War I. Earlier, PM Modi visited the 11th-century Al-Hakim Mosque on June 25 during his maiden visit to Egypt. Later in the day, PM Modi is scheduled to meet Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Upon his arrival, PM Modi was received by his Egyptian counterpart PM Mostafa Madbouly and also inspected a guard of honour. Notably, PM Modi is on a two-day state visit to Egypt starting from June 24.
