Papua New Guinea, May 22 (ANI): PM Narendra Modi on May 21 arrived in Papua New Guinea, becoming the first Indian Prime Minister to visit the island nation. PM Narendra Modi was accorded the Ebakl Award in Papua New Guinea on May 22. The award was presented by Republic of Palau President Surangel S Whipps Jr. He also co-chaired the 3rd FIPIC Summit where he spoke on Indian believes of ‘multilateralism and support for a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific’. The PM is on an international visit that started with Japan where he participated in the G7 Summit and the QUAD Leaders' Summit.
