Rome (Italy), Oct 30 (ANI): During a press conference held by Ministry of External Affairs, Indian Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited French Counterpart Emmanuel Macron to visit India. “PM Modi welcomed the European Union’s Indo-pacific Strategies. He did say that France has played an important role in facilitating a European Union Indo-Pacific Strategy and he thanked the French President for his leadership use in developing this strategy. The two leaders reaffirmed that commitment to cooperate the Indo-Pacific and to find innovative ways to cooperate further free open and inclusive rule based order in the region,” said Foreign Secretary. “PM Modi has invited French President Emmanuel Macron to visit India,” said Foreign Secretary.
