Kathmandu (Nepal), Aug 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the inaugural session of for the fourth Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) summit in Kathmandu. State Heads and representatives from Bhutan, Myanmar and Sri Lanka also attended the event. A four layer security arrangements have been made for the head of the states of BIMSTEC member nations, which comprises of Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, Nepal Army and National Investigation Department.
