Muzaffarabad, PoK, April 07 (ANI): In a recent incident, a woman named Nazeeba in Muzaffarabad city of PoK was sexually assaulted by a Pakistani Army doctor at the city’s Combined Military Hospital (CMH), where she had gone for her child’s treatment. The victim’s husband who is currently working in Dubai revealed the whole incident. Just like Nazeeba, there are several women across GB and PoK who had to face the indecent behaviour of higher officials and security forces. Nazeeba’s husband has warned the Pakistani authorities to either bring the culprit named Tayyab to justice or he has to ask for help from Indian Embassy in UAE. As per the report of the International Forum for Rights and Security (IFFRAS), a patriarchal attitude that is invigorated by radical religious practices is the main reason for violations against women in Pakistan, and the same is observed in its illegally occupied territories.
