Islamabad (Pakistan), Aug 19 (ANI): Newly-elected Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan made an inaugural address to his nation first time since taking oath on August 18. He thanked his supporters and fellow party workers in his journey as a politician in the past 22 years. Speaking on the financial conditions of Pakistan, PM Imran Khan said, “Never in Pakistan’s history have we faced such difficult economic circumstances, our debt burden is Rs 28 trillion. We haven’t been as indebted in our entire history as we have been in the last ten years.” He further said, “The interest that we have to pay on our debt has reached a level that we have to take on more debt just to repay our obligations.”
