Washington D.C. (U.S.), Oct 15 (ANI): Hitting out at Congress for criticising the Centre over demonetisation and Goods and Services tax (GST), Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the ‘opportunist’ grand old party is now trying to change its stand on the economic reforms. Asserting that finance ministers of Congress-ruled states themselves hailed GST, Union Minister Jaitley said that the grand old party’s claims don’t have any roots. “Congress ki prathmikta kabhi us kale dhan ke upar aaghat karna nahi thha islye unki chinta swabhavik hain. Aur GST to Congress ne hi kaha tha, lekin apna stand aaj badalne ki koshish kar rahe hain. Unki rajya sarkaron ke vita mantra sab samarthan karte hain, lekin Congress ek avsarvadi party hain isliye virodh karti hain. Main manta hu ki ismein koi bahott badi takat nahi hain. The Congress party has been critical ever since the Centre introduced demonetisation and GST.
