Panmunjom (North Korea), May 16 (ANI): North Korea has recently canceled the high-level talks with South Korea due to latter's ongoing military drills with the United States. As per the reports, military drills called 'Max Thunder' are taking place between the U.S. and South Korea air forces. The high-level talks were meant to take place on the southern side of the truce village of Panmunjom to follow-up on the Kim Jong Un and South Korea's President Moon Jae-in summit last month. With this move, now the future of the international forum- The Future of the Korean Peninsula- also lies in uncertainty. North Korea had earlier agreed to send two of its diplomats to South Korea's unification ministry to attend the forum hosted by South Korea.
