Kathmandu (Nepal), May 01 (ANI): Two authors in Nepal’s Kathmandu have unveiled a book titled "Bishwo Manch ma Narendra Modi," meaning 'Narendra Modi in the World Stage,' which contains speeches by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during international forums. The book, compiled by Bhupendra Bahadur Chhetri and translated by Sagar Chand into Nepali, features Modi's speeches from 2014 to early 2024 delivered during his international visits and engagements. The two authors have compiled and translated 29 speeches by the Indian Prime Minister over the past decade into Nepali, aiming to showcase India's presence on the global stage. Sagar Chand highlighted the transformative impact of India's global engagement under Modi's leadership, emphasizing the significance of translating these speeches. Since the 1990s, India's journey into globalization has propelled its influence across various international platforms. A January 2024 report by the World Economic Forum revealed India's substantial 16 per cent contribution to global development in 2023, with a notable 7.2% economic growth rate during 2022-2023, consistently placing it second among G20 nations.
