Baglung (Nepal), Nov 26 (ANI): Undeterred by chilling cold, voters in large numbers flocked to the polling stations to cast their votes for the new governance. This is the first time Nepal is holding elections for the Provincial Council and a new Parliament after the promulgation of the constitution. Nepal has witnessed a wide range of political changes over the years and has now reached a stage where some voters are still in doubt whether the elections would ensure stability in Nepal. Nepal is voting for 37 Parliamentary Constituencies and 74 Provincial Constituencies in the first phase of elections.
