Kathmandu (Nepal), Sep 12 (ANI): The Election Commission (EC) has said its attention has been drawn to Tuesday Cabinet expansion and that the move violates the election code of conduct. Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Monday inducted three ministers and one state minister from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal, making the Council of Ministers the largest ever in the countrys history. The commission on August 31 had given seven-point directions to Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Prime Minister Deuba, who took over the office of four months ago, have got 388 votes with eight short for two-third majority which has compelled the 40th Premier of Nepal to expand his cabinet for 5th time during his honeymoon period to secure his government as well as to appease all the members.
