Navjot Singh Sidhu meets, facilitates newly elected Pakistan PM Imran Khan

Islamabad (Pakistan), Aug 18 (ANI): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan took oath as 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan on Saturday. Post his oath taking the newly elected Pakistan PM met with Cricketer-turned politician and friend Navjot Singh Sidhu. A minister from the government of Punjab himself, Sidhu adorned Imran Khan with a white shawl. Other officials were also present during the meeting with PM Imran Khan. The oath which was held earlier today was administered by Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain. The ceremony took place at the President House in Islamabad. Imran Khan secured required majority in the voting in National Assembly after receiving 176 votes in the lower house of Parliament.
