New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): While the controversy surrounding American film producer Harvey Weinstein had not yet faded away, another sexual misconduct scandal unfolded recently, this time its king of hip-hop Russell Simmons, who is stepping down his throne. Simmons is the latest popular name to be accused of sexual misconduct by screenwriter Jenny Lumet, who accused Simmons of forcing himself on her in his New York apartment in 1991. Simmons said he will step down from all of his fashion and production business and also apologised for his behavior in a statement. "While I have never been violent, I have been thoughtless and insensitive in some of my relationships over many decades and I sincerely and humbly apologize," part of the statement read..
