Moscow (Russia), Sep 21, 2021, (ANI): This machine installed here is a vending machine used for the plastic and aluminium recycling process that appeared in schools in the Moscow region. Waste material is put inside the machine and in return a cheque is delivered with points. The machine called as Fandomat was installed in the school at the beginning of the school year. Following the installing of the machine, students were curious to see the processing of the machine. Alina Tikhonova and Nikita Dyakov were in the forefront and have been advocating environmental projects for a long time. Fandomat is not just a bin but a mini recycling point. There are sensors installed that determine the type of bottle and then the recyclable materials pass through two containers for plastic and aluminium. This is one of the 50 machines installed in the Moscow region. By the end of the year, it is planned to open 900 such points in the region.
