Moscow (Russia), June 22 (ANI/ TV BRICS): Hatha, kriya, Raja and Kundalini - early morning yoga classes are held in the open air at the capital's "Museon". The international festival brings together 75 schools from all over Russia teaching this ancient Indian practice. For some classes a mat is sufficient; for others, tambourines and singing bowls are indispensable. There is a dynamic meditation at the main stage, in a melody of tranquillity. Shiva Girish takes festival guests on a journey unto themselves. To soar at the festival not only spiritually, but also physically - there were queues lined up for 'Anti-gravity' Yoga. All the exercises are performed in a hammock: in it people sit, lie and twist in fancy poses. Polina Lomakina decided to look at the usual practices from a new angle. She has been practicing yoga for 11 years, but she still finds something new in this practice. And for those just starting out, there are lectures in a cosy marquee and introductory workshops, without the complicated exercises, of course. Consistent practice of Yoga improves one's physical condition and reduces stress. And also, it's an opportunity to meet like-minded people, and do yoga together in the fresh air - it's lovely if the weather permits.
