Pune (Maharashtra), Dec 15 (ANI): Additional Director General of Police, Anti Terrorist Squad, Mumbai, Atulchandra M. Kulkarni spoke about militant groups joining hands at a worshop held in Pune on ‘Explosive detection’. Speaking at the event, the Additional DGP said, “There are a number of shaking hands between organisations which again will be a major worry for us. You’ll have Maoists shaking hands with Islamic militants. We will have Sikh militancy also coming up in times to come.”
