Madheshi Parties unite to demand Constitutional amendments before polls

Kathmandu (Nepal), Nov 8 (ANI): The Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal, which is an amalgamation of six Madhesh based parties, has decided to make the issue of constitutional amendment the main agenda in the upcoming elections. Earlier the amendment bill was opposed by the opposition in the Nepal parliament. The RJP-N vows to gain the required two-thirds majority in the upcoming polls to make the amendment possible. RJP- N will be contesting the parliamentary and provincial elections which are slated for November 26 and December 7. The RJP-N has filed candidacy all over the country and their focus lies on Province No. 2 which is their homeland.
