New Delhi, June 01 (ANI): As the 2018 Scripps National Spelling Bee has concluded in National Harbor, Maryland, Karthik Nemmani has emerged as the winner among the 41 youngsters, who made it to the finals. The 14-year-old- Karthik made it to the top by beating 12-year-old Naysa Modi, who misspelled the word “Bewusstseinslage” in the championship’s first round. To claim the title, he had to outlast more talented spellers. The word that claimed him the title was “koinonia,” which means Christian fellowship or communion.
