Doha (Qatar), Oct 30 (ANI): A joint declaration was signed between India and Qatar during External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s visit to the country, informed Indian Ambassador to Qatar P Kumaran. “Joint declaration was signed to set up joint commission between the two countries which is an umbrella mechanism to bring bilateral dialogue mechanism”, said Ambassador Kumaran. EAM Sushma Swaraj is on her 4-day visit to Gulf countries of Qatar and Kuwait.
