New Delhi, Jul 11 (ANI): Death toll has mounted to 176 in flash floods at several places in Japan. The flood has proved to be one of the most catastrophic disasters in the country since earthquake and tsunami at Fukushima in 2011. Over 75,000 personnel have been deployed for conducting rescue operations in affected areas. Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has cancelled his foreign trips and he is overseeing the flood rescue operation in the country.
