New York (USA), Sep 25 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on September 24 at the UNGA in New York, took a swipe at China for not blacklisting terrorists. “The United Nations responds to terrorism by sanctioning its perpetrators. Those who politicize the UNSC 1267 Sanctions regime, sometimes to the extent of defending proclaimed terrorists, do so at their own peril,” the Union Minister said.
