International Medical Conference on Hodgkin’s lymphoma treatment in Moscow

(Russia), Apr 26 (ANI/ TV BRICS): A medical conference on modern methods of treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma was held in Moscow. Experts from Russia, India, Brazil, Iran, and other countries met at the Pirogov National Centre to share international best practices in fighting the disease. Hodgkin's Lymphoma is a cancer caused by a malignancy. It is treated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and bone marrow transplants. The most important thing is to diagnose at an early stage and choose the right method to fight the disease, avoiding a relapse. The challenges for the medical community in Russia and worldwide are similar: to increase the effectiveness of treatment. That is why the main goal of the event is to bring specialists from different countries together to create joint scientific projects. This requires cooperation between specialists. Oncologists, Haematologists, Radiologists, and Radiotherapists can work in different healthcare systems. But the result should be the same for all - a healthy patient.
