New York, Sep 23 (ANI): Quad countries signed Humanitarian Assistance Disaster Relief (HADR) partnership guidelines at the Indo-Pacific Quad meet on September 23. “None of us alone can do what is necessary to meet these challenges and seize these opportunities and that is the inspiration behind QUAD. This is 1st time, foreign ministers of QUAD nations got together at UNGA. I hope it will be held as a regular feature at meetings,” said United States’ Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the meet. “Our meeting is evidence that Quad is getting stronger, strengthening our multilateral cooperation. All countries know that significant challenges that we face as well as opportunities that are before us matter more than ever that we work together,” he added.
