Ashgabat (Turkmenistan), Apr 03 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind, while speaking at the Institute for International Relations in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan on Apr 03, said that India's position has been stable and consistent amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. “India's position on the ongoing conflict in Ukraine has been stable and consistent. We are deeply concerned about the deteriorating humanitarian situation and call for an immediate end to violence and a return to the path of dialogue and diplomacy. We have also provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine,” he said.
